It's simple to build.
I'm using power suply from old AT PSU. Low picture quality because I using my PDA, may be I need a good camera :)

To prevent HUM from input? I made amp something like yours but without resistors, work fine with battery operated device (MP3)player ,but when I put as input cd player from computer start to huuum. those resistors will prevent this hum?

First, using battery for cd player from computer, if hum you must using input resistors, if not, send me your power supply schematic.
